Dear Friends of Jim Boskey:

We know you are all aware of the impact Jim had on so many important aspects of law and medicine during his life. His work on New Jersey adoption practices, children's rights, comparative law, alternative dispute resolution, legal education, and the legal aspects of scientific misconduct represent just a few of his contributions. To perpetuate Jim's spirit and his work, I am pleased to inform you that we have established the James B. Boskey Memorial Foundation to honor the contributions that Jim made to many diverse fields. This foundation, given 501(c) (3) tax-exempt status in April 2002, supports research and education in areas which were of special interest to Jim. These include children's rights, protection of family, alternative dispute resolution, medical and legal ethics, regulation of scientific misconduct, orthopedic, and reproductive health research. Commencing in 2003, awards of an aggregate minimum of $5,000 were made, rising to an aggregate of 16,000 in 2014. These awards are based upon the evaluations of applications made through the Foundation's web page (www.jamesbboskeymemorial. org) and by mailings to relevant educational organizations. Grants will be awarded based on evaluation of formal proposals.

If you would like to help perpetuate Jim's influence on his chosen fields of law, medicine, and education, there is no better way of doing so than through a tax-deductible contribution, made out to The James B. Boskey Memorial Foundation. Contributions should be sent to the Foundation at PO Box 440430 Somerville, MA 02144. All contributions will be formally acknowledged.

Please help us remember Jim, his goals and ideals.

Very truly yours,

The Board of Directors,
James B. Boskey Memorial Foundation
